Dr. Zaza has only once thing on his mind and that is the health of his patients. With sincere interest he listens carefully to what his patients have to say as they describe their problems. After having made an evaluation, Dr. Zaza takes as much time as is needed to describe to the patient what the problem(s) are and the various treatments that are available. He does not try to steer the patient in one certain direction as so many of the local commercial dentistry offices do, but gives the pa...read moretient total freedom in selecting their course of treatment. And he accomplishes it all in a very friendly, concerned manner. I'm 78 years of age and must say that in all my years of dental care, Dr. Zaza is heads above all the rest. In closing, I absolutely have to mention his wonderful, friendly staff. A family member referred me to Dr. ZaZa. My elderly mother needed an appointment and this office was able to provide her with one very quickly. I had to maneuver getting my mom an appointment, getting her to the office and back home by Uber-all the way from New Jersey! With the assistance of Cynthia and Maddy, my mother did not feel the the void of my absence. Their customer service was top notch!! Just had 2 top wisdom teeth extracted today, and was VERY nervous as I've never had a tooth extraction before. Dr. Zaza made sure the anesthesia took complete effect and I barely felt the local anesthesia needle going in. I've had a previous experience at another dentist office for a periodontal cleaning where local anesthesia didn't take very well, but this was not the case with Dr. Zaza. I loved the attention, they serve you super fast. The girls are all very attentive and helpful. The doctor explains everything to you perfectly.
