Dr. Schumacher and his staff are truly the best I've ever come across! I have been to dentists where the hygienist was condescending, the dentist himself had little time for you, but no problem with extensive bills, and the office staff was just downright rude - NOT HERE. When the front office sets the first impression for new patients, it is important to have a team like this one. Everyone is so pleasant, kind and helpful, and treat their patients as family friends. I have been a patient for 24 years. All medical and dental offices should use their system as a model. I am greeted warmly every visit. I have had the same hygienist and dental assistant the entire time as there is literally no staff turnover. They are so timely I have never even finished a magazine article in the waiting room, let alone a whole article. The lidocaine delivery system has the tiniest needle I have ever seen used in a dental practice, making the hardest part as easy as possib...read morele. I highly recommend them. read less

Today I went to Dr. James L. Schumacher with pain and fear. I'm not a fan of dentists. I will say all of the office staff were so friendly and kind. Dr. Schumacher made me feel at ease. I would recommend him to all. Don't be afraid. He will help you, not hurt you.
