Oone of my veneer became loose, threatening to pop off, so a dentist visit was imperative! Reading reviews wasn't enough, so scouted those with websites and was impressed with the informative site of Premier Dental Group. On calling, Yvonne was most helpful, addressing me to the dentist most specializing in my request and scheduling me in quickly. Dr Alberto was most attentive and explained each step beforehand, answering all my questions thoroughly and clearly. And re-bonded the veneer in place. And I could tell by the confident way he performed that, then any other procedure will be gentle. Afterward, the financial assistant explained everything that could be done to all of my teeth to bring them up to the best that they can be, provided me with a detailed list, expenses and explained the different payment options offered. For me, all of this is an excellent way to operate. Each aspect coordinating well. So, I have already given out their business cards to my staff--who were all interested in the experience and in search of a dentist! read less

I was very please with the service I was given from Premier Dental. I got to the establishment and i wait a little while before I was given pleasant service by the dental assistant as well as the DDS. I was very pleased that I was able to get another appointment within a week. DMD Jacobs explained what I needed and gave me an opportunity to ask whatever questions I needed to have answered without feeling rushed.

Called first thing in the morning and explained the problem and pain I was experiencing. Given an appointment for later in the morning. The team evaluated my situation and came up with a solution which was implicated that day. The professional cheerful attitude at Premier Dental gives me great confidence in the treatment I receive. I could not be happier.
