I felt that I was listened to, and that accommodation was made for my needs. Jaime is an excellent hygienist who does an excellent job while patiently attending to my comfort.
This is the most amazing dental practice I’ve ever been to. I have been treated well, with the utmost respect, and in a judgment free zone. I had an emergency with my bottom denture plate that needed immediate attention and within three days I will have my new repaired plate. Dr. Sater is amazing, as well as members of his staff. Very professional and friendly group.
The entire staff is amazing. They make sure you as the patient are comfortable, at ease, during any procedure. The atmosphere is helpful and upbeat, as the staff is constantly making rounds asking each other if all is well or if they need any supplies or assistance. Everyone (and I mean everyone: the dentists, the office staff, the assistants, the hygienists) makes sure that the patient understands what's going on in their mouth. Promt and timely service in Cocoa Beach. I was on a work trip and the ability to find a dentist who would work with my schedule was difficult. PSJ accommodated my schedule and took care of me in a quick and efficient manner. Highly recommend.
I was in Cocoa Beach for training at the fire station on Cape Canaveral and had the need to see a dentist. I was able to call the office and they accommodated me quickly on short notice. I was able to get my issue resolved and not lose any time training. Their timely and considerate manner put me at ease and I would recommend them for any dental needs.
Dr. Sater is a great dentist and very caring. The entire staff is wonderful and kind.. I have had a lot of work done and I’m very happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a dentist, you can’t go wrong by picking Port St. John dental care. Thank you all.
