The doctor and staff took time to explain to me in detail what to expect. There was also a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure I was doing OK after my implant. This is the only dentist office I trust to take care of my teeth and make sure that everything goes well. They also let me know what my cost is going to be up front after the insurance pays before the procedure. This is a must in my case
