I would not recommend going to this dentist. When he first took over the practice, every long time employee that we knew disappeared. If you are going here, you can’t help but notice that no employee stays here for very long. Usually the hygienists leave between cleanings. He asked me if I had any questions, so I asked him about the full set of X-rays, the hygienist ( who quit since then) took in December. His answer was that he’ll tell me after the next set of X-rays. I can only assume his behavior towards employees and patients has driven many, many patients to leave, just like the employees. I feel so bad for the employees. Thinking it’s only a matter of time before the practice is sold or closes. read less

Dr. Park and his staff are professional but personable and have been more than accomodating to me on several occasions! I would not hesitate to recommend!

My first experience going here. I only went here because my former dentist didn't take my insurance any longer so I was forced to go somewhere else.The front desk people were okay. One lady in particular was pretty nice the other was pretty standoffish. They didn't have me wait very long which was nice. I was greeted by a temp dental hygienist. She was very friendly extremely talkative. Too much for me to be honest. I don't like when people talk excessively. I just want them to clean my teeth a...read morend get it done with. The dental hygienist gave me a toothbrush to take home that was supposed to be extra soft but it turned out to be the hardest toothbrush I've ever had in my life..The dentist himself was okay. I found him to be heavy-handed and rough on my mouth. Too many personal questions were asked that I didn't feel was necessary to be asking me. I felt a bit interrogated at times. I probably won't go back here. I will probably go back to my old dentist and hopefully have the insurance needed by the next time I need my teeth cleaned. The positives were that my teeth were cleaned very well by the hygienist. The bathroom was clean which I appreciated. read less

Once again, the wonderful team at Milltown Dental helped me maintain my smile! Dr. Park, Anna and the entire team were patient, attentive and gentle as always! Highly recommend Milltown Dental!

My husband and I have been coming to this practice almost 2 years. The receptionist is very dishonest and lies. Dr. Parks is not bad. The only think I don't like is, if you get particals or night guard from this practice you are told, "if there is a problem and you need adjustments do not hesitate to contact the office." Little do you know even after spend hundreds or thousands of dollars,If the product their practice made , night guard or particals don't fit properly they will nickel and dime y...read moreou for ever adjustment. Unfortunately they don't tell you that part while smiling at you. At first I did not understand why Cassie would quit this practice, but it has become clear to me why.
