I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. The staff, hygienist, and doctorWendy were all friendly and respectful. I work in healthcare and have to say ignore those negative comments in the reviews, many people do not understand how hard it’s been to keep up with the demand of people moving to this area. We are all trying to do the best we can in this growing community patience please!!!

I just completed my second visit with Dr. Ashley Banks at Brafman Family Dentistry. Before I retired, I worked in Dental Practice Management which has made me a fairly well-educated patient. I can state without reservation that I highly recommend her. Her examination and treatment planning was extremely thorough and she did an excellent job replacing some broken amalgam fillings I've had for 50 years. May 7, 2024 My review from today: We have been treated by the Drs. Brafman for over 14 years. I am treated by Dr. Kevin Brafman and my husband is treated by Dr. Wendy Brafman. Their skills are second to none. We have had lots of restoration work through the years with no complaints whatsoever. These dentists are truly the best we have ever been too. I've had lots of restorative work performed by Dr. Kevin Brafman. He is absolutely the very best Dentist that I have ever been to. I'm 67, so I've been to quite a few over the years, in DE and in MD. Dr. Kevin is the most skilled Dentist I have ever seen. He had a bridge made for my upper front and it is picture perfect. I get so many compliments on my smile. He has also had to replace old, non-functioning crowns with beautiful new ones. He is as close to a pain free Dentist as you can get. My husband is Dr. Wendy's (Dr. Kevin's wife) patient, and he has always been quite happy with her skills. Both Dentists are very talented, accomplished, and compassionate. All of the assistants and office administrative staff are so professional and kind. They are also experts on sending out reminders, notifying you of cancellations, and patient billing. found a great Dentist office at Brafman family dentistry! i am a very happy patient of Dr. Ashley Banks. Dr. Banks is a wonderful dentist. Dr. Banks is patient, explains exactly what needs to be done, and I know I am in good hands. Also all office staff, friendly, knowledgeable and treat everyone with kindness. The receptionist makes you feel welcome.

Literally enjoyed my initial visit. Very thorough in all aspects of the visit. Clearly laid out everything they were going to do for the visit ( before they did it) including cost and what insurance covered. Exam, X-rays and cleaning done professionally, thoroughly and with very clear description of the results.
