As always, my appointment was on time and I was treated very well. I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll's for several years and would highly recommend him.
From the moment you arrive until you exit, this practice has staff that excel. Kathy always has a smile when you check in, Sharon is amazing...kind, gentle and reassuring recognizing my dental anxiety. Dr. Carroll, always the professional, puts me at ease and has done an amazing job keeping my dental care top notch, I can not say enough about this practice and highly recommend.
I went today for a cleaning and Sharon did a fabulous job as always. Precise, gentle and always efficient. My teeth always feel great afterwards and I never experience any discomfort. She is very pleasant and does her job flawlessly. I would never go to anyone else. And Dr Carroll did the exam after my cleaning and he too is very knowledgeable and gave me a good report!

I was impressed both with how thoroughly she cleaned my teeth and how she discovered and took a laser photo of a cracked tooth needing repair. Very pleasant too!

I pulled an April Fool's Day prank during my bite guard fitting by bringing a set of toy shark teeth that fit in my mouth. As each hygienist noticed, they laughed and help set the stage for Dr. C to see my "new bite." We all had a good laugh. I used to worry about Dr. Heim leaving but now I know I'm in good hands. I can trust people who have a good sense of humor!!!
