Professional, friendly.
Excellent dental hygienist very knowledgeable and professional.and all the staff very personal well pleased with their service.
Came in for a cleaning and to get a few problems looked at. The cleaning was different than what I’m use to but they way the did it was amazing. My teeth felt so much better The dentist came in and reviewed the X-rays and looked at my teeth. She explained everything very clearly of what needs to be done. The whole time the ladies were smiling. I think this is the nicest dentist office I e ever went to.
Everyone in the office was friendly, professional and welcoming. They made a long overdue trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience!
1. As new patients we were on a waiting list for an appt at the same time. They found one within a week. Incredible service. 2. Neither my college age son, nor I, had such a thorough cleaning. No rush job. The exact opposite. 3. My son has 2 sensitive bottom front teeth and the kind hygienist shielded them from any pressure and cleaned them in a different, more gentle manner.
Very rare that everyone you meet and interact with in a practice is so dialed in. The staff is so dam kind and helpful….All the time. I’ve had Dr Gambino and Dr Gross… both are so personable, and just great at what they do. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very good service
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are very thorough in their regular cleanings and dental health checks. For all of my visits Dr. Gambino has been very engaged and responsive to my concerns. The East Haven office is clean and modern, and the waiting area is quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend CIDC!
