I like Dr. O'Connell. He's very down to earth and explains things in an easy to understand way without a lot of technical jargon. I also feel he is a good listener and an all around good communicator.

First, he knows what he's doing. Second, he's friendly, and he takes the time to make sure you understand the procedure and your choices. Third, his office crew are caring and helpful. I don't mind going to the dentist anymore.

Dr. O'Connell is the BEST dentist on the shoreline! Actually, his whole office is fantastic. Lisa and Paula are SO organized and always remind me of when I need a cleaning and when my appointments are. They are always smiling and super friendly. Lindsey does mine and my husband's cleanings.
