Great experience for me and my family every time we visit.
During this uncertain time, masks required, etc., Halsa Dental met my expectations and beyond. Their friendly front desk staff answered my call from the parking lot and after a short wait, I was instructed to come in. I was asked to complete a Covid 19 questionnaire and was soon met by my hygienist, Lindsay, and she completed my X-rays and cleaning efficiently. Halsa has always provided excellent service and their staff has always been kind and professional. In the era of Covid they have adapted as seamlessly as possible to accommodate all necessary precautions to keep patients and themselves safe, while still providing excellent and timely patient services. I'm very impressed with their efforts in these difficult times.
I previously thought all dentist practices were roughly the same, as long as people were nice then it was worth going to. But I was pretty blown away by this one. Everyone was extremely nice and the care was excellent but, as a nurse, I found other parts to be particularly excellent. They really incorporated whole body health into the dental health experience which is extremely important (and rare). They clearly value patient centered care by asking what was important to me. The staff are all wonderful. From the moment you come in the door, during your teeth cleaning, and the exam with the doctor; it's a comfortable experience. I feel like they are honest and caring and really listen. My family loves Halsa.
I had a chipped front tooth and was in for repair. This could have been a level 10 process regarding numbing and procedure. The Dr. simply did a file work process like an artist and brought the shape of the tooth and a snaggle factor to perfection. Always in the mood to take the simple path. Thank you - thank you - thank you!!! Dr. Peterson and Dr. Cohen are the real deal and the leaders in their industry.
I can't recommend Halsa enough! I LOVE this office, the staff and the quality of service they provide. Even though my insurance is no longer in coverage, I still pay the Halsa office plan out of pocket, because these guys are truly the best. (And might I mention that they're plan is identical in cost to what I was paying monthly in insurance - super affordable!) Finding a dentist you trust is difficult, which is why I'm so happy I found Dr. Peterson and the Halsa team.
Great office staff beautiful website and most of all competent, smart, efficient and professional dentist and hygienist. State of the art equipment, clean and modern.
I loved this office and staff! I've had bad experiences with dentists office in the past and was very nervous. They were polite, gentle, listened to all of my concerns. Very happy with my experience!
