I am not one to usually write a review, but I was so grateful for the care I received that I wanted to share. Not only did Dr Taylor listen to my concerns, but she responded honestly and gave me different options. I never once felt pressured like I have at previous offices. Cant say enough about Dr Taylor and her assistant Vincent! I'll preface by saying my wife has severe anxiety disorder as well as being recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Because of her anxiety she avoids the dentist. But, when she has gone in the past, I'm always going back with her while shes in the chair. Let me first say I am a bit dental phobic. However, this dental practice is fabulous. Dr Taylor is compassionate, knowledgeable, and an excellent practitioner. Jodie the hygienist is technically superior to any hygienist that I have ever used. Her teeth cleaning skills are precise and effective. She is well informed with new processes and products that make a visit to the hygienist free of worry. I have had the pleasure of moving around over the past 6 years which has given me the opportunity to experience multiple dentists. Dr. Taylor is the best I’ve worked with. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. I had some minor work done and Dr. Taylor called me the following day to check in and make sure everything was alright. She also hand writes a note thanking you for coming in and expressing her appreciation for the business. Fantastic office, highly recommended!
I have been going to Central Park Dental since they opened nearly 10 years ago and they have always provided excellent care. When Dr. Taylor took over the practice she introduced new technologies like cameras. The detailed pictures she shows you of your teeth are amazing! You can see the exact areas of concern and she fully explains the course of action. Defiantly a dentist to trust!
I was in town on a visit and had a temp crown come off. It was Friday and I was in a panic to find someone to replace the temp so I wouldn’t look like a jack-o-lantern. After three unsuccessful attempts, I stumbled upon Central Park Denistry. Dawn, the front desk lady, listened - really listened - to my plight and assured me they could take care of me.
