Dr Shannon, is very caring, ensures her clients are comfortable as well as knowledgeable of what dental work is about to happen. I have never felt any pain during the times Dr Shannon has had to use Novacane to take care of any fillings. Dr Shannon always follows up with her clients the day after the dental care to insure the client is doing well.
