So I have been in San Diego county since 2004. My old dentist in Colorado made dental care something I didn’t even have to think about. Very high standards. Since I moved here I have been to 6-7 different dentist and have had TERRIBLE experiences at all of them. No scruples, no compassion or empathy. No willingness to have actual conversations or the ability to work out a plan or options. The worst part besides the rudeness is they all seemed to think I had a garage full of Ferraris. I have good...read more insurance yet they ALL wanted to charge way more than my insurance allowed. They also would do the consultation thing with a $10,000.00 estimate. Some wouldn’t even contact my insurance to see what they would pay, would just give me a crazy high estimate with no insurance participation.Then I found Ivory Point.After one phone call I felt like this was the place. Theresa is amazing not only at making you feel welcome but immediately generated a “trust factor”.The office is state of the art and high tech yet inviting. The initial consultation began with Kyla. Very nice and professional. The I met Dr Miller. I could just tell he was way different than any other dentist I’ve met in California. I explained my situation to him and he eagerly had a game plan to fix my mouthful of bad teeth according to what I could afford. Since my insurance allotment expires Dec 31, I wanted to get as much done this year as possible. This morning Theresa called me (WOW) to fit me in. Then Michelle the hygienist did an absolutely amazing job. These folks won’t allow pain, suffering or discomfort at all. After I was done she was great with tips and advise etc...On my way out I stuck a conversation with Theresa again and before I knew it I was scheduled back in again today. They were busy when I came back yet none failed to offer apologies for the wait and true caring for their patient. Again with Kyla and Dr. Miller. Within an hour I am half way done on my road to recovery.I expressed much appreciation to all and told them how good they really are. Dr Miller has amazing skills in his profession but beyond that he has really earned my respect and that of his amazing team as well. My experience here gives me faith again at how professionally and compassionately a business can be operated. They will have my business as well as anyone I can refer to them forever!!!!SO IMPRESSED10 stars in a 5 star field. read less

I needed quite a bit of dental work done that I'd been putting off after some bad experiences, I did a lot of research on local dental practices near me that accepted my insurance and I wound up at Ivory Pointe.From the get go - discussing my treatment plan with Teresa was like chatting with an old friend. She even made sure I was alright with all the work I was getting done in such a short period of time.Carmen is always so welcoming and creates a great atmosphere.Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with here is fantastic. I wish I could remember everyone else's names to make sure they're in the spotlight too- but the staff in its entirety is phenomenal.I've had a lot of work done in just a few short weeks and even though dental work can be very expensive and nerve-wracking, I'm very pleased with the experience I've had here. read less

Dr. Yaron Miller has performed bone grafts, implants, crowns, extractions on me. He is very advanced in skills and technology. I can’t say enough how I appreciate the professional and caring Dr. Miller has been to me, he is just the best. The office is very clean, neat, modern and comfortable. Dr. Miller has always been available to me for any concerns, needs and follow up care. He has given me back my smile and self-confidence by replacing the majority of my teeth with implants. Beth did an excellent job, cleaning my teeth and explaining in detail proper hygiene. She was genuinely nice and heart felt in remembering my adult son whom is also her patient! Julianna was very energetic and positive and took a quite of time making me feel comfortable understanding the dental implant process. Feels good to finally take care of myself especially with this team of professionals!!!

Staff is incredibly nice and so was Dr. Miller, DDS!A very nice experience and the facility was impressively clean, neat and organized. I am also highly impressed at the technology they provide for X-rays and photos. I’m a happy patient and feel I have found a wonderful practice for all dental needs. 😊

You would be hard pressed to find a better dentist than Dr. Miller. He is very professional, caring and explains everything very clearly. I have never thought i was ever waiting too long to be seen. I have had some really awful dentists in the past so I'm hanging on to this one! He fixed a very poorly done implant. He actually had to start over. It has been trouble free since. Love this dentist and staff, cant recommend them enough.
