First I had to re-schedule my appointment and then I went to the wrong address and was late to my appointment. I was ready to have to re-schedule again, but Dr. Ducar graciously agreed to see me. Dr. Ducar thoroughly explained the procedure I needed; I felt completely at ease and comfortable by the time I left. His staff is also very helpful and kind!
