I had new tooth and gum pain. I got an appt. quickly and had an x-ray. A root canal was indicated. It was performed quickly and painlessly by Dr. Ruzzamenti. This was my first root canal and I was a little nervous. I have always been satisfied with the care I receive at Vineyard Valley Dental, and the office staff are very friendly and my hygienist is great. Thanks.
I had my initial cleaning and exam today. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. My visit moved along from one phase to the next like a smooth running machine. I was quite happy with the entire team and highly recommend Vineyard Valley Dental!
There is no other medical or dental practice that is as caring, professional, prepared, experienced and knowledgeable as Dr. R's practice. This includes the entire staff. They should offer to teach other practices how to work with patients. The last time I remember any care that was close to their care was when I was a child back in the 50's. They have brought back personal service!
I looked around for a while before deciding on Vineyard Valley Dental. Being new to the area and tired of driving to Orange County for my dental work started my search this Fall. I am the worst dental patient. I don't go due to anxiety. So the last time I went was in 2014. I forgot how kind the staff at Vineyard Valley is. The office staff, the hygienist, the dental assistant and of course, Dr. Ruzzamenti. They made me feel so relaxed. All I had to do was get my crown set back in after it fell out last week. Been going here for a while now. I really like the vibe of this place. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. Landi is an amazing hygienist, who is very thorough and patient. She takes her time and does a very great job. Every time I see her she always has a smile on her face. The girls up front (Cindy, Lori Anne) are always prepared and friendly! I've been working in the dental industry for over 40 years (yes, I'm old.) Having just moved to Temecula, I turned to industry colleagues for a referral. Dr. Ruzzamenti came highly recommended.
