First time at this dentist and it was a very nice experience. The staff was nice and communicative, the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process, and the dentist was clear and thorough with the results. I felt taken care of and most importantly, did not feel pressured and/or guilted into any unnecessary procedures. Will definitely continue to keep going back!

I've been coming to Willow Glen Dental for 45 years. I was a patient of Dr. Lee's until he retired, now I see Dr. Kong. Doctors and staff have never been anything but cordial, personal, and very professional. I highly recommend Willow Glen Dental.

Dr. Doug Kong, thank you so much for NOT saying “This might pinch just a little“ before giving me the shot. That’s what most dentists say and sometimes it pinches a lot. Your shot was pain-free. I didn’t even feel it. Maybe that’s because you first applied a topical anesthetic and more likely because it was injected with a slow and steady hand.All my life I have associated dentists with times I’ve endured a lot of pain and anxiety. What I learned from Dr. Kong is that going to a dentist doesn’t have to be a painful experience.Dr. Kong and his staff created a friendly relationship making me feel relaxed. The front desk and all the staff greeted me warmly and offered to help make me comfortable in any way they can.I cannot imagine how stressful and exhausting it is dealing with anxious patients all day. So I think dentistry must be a calling, a vocation and Dr. Kong is everything a dentist should be. I was a long time patient of Dr. Lee . And, I got off my schedule due to Covid. Then one day I couldn't chew on the left side of my mouth. I was able to get an appointment the very next day.i was thankful for getting in and am on my way to fixing my issue.
