Dr. Rossana Alfonso is the best dentist I have ever encountered in this area and I have been to a few with just a cleaning. The office staff was friendly and explained everything to me. Once it was time for my cleaning the dentist made me comfortable with her exam and her cleaning and explained everything she saw and was going to do. Service is very good. The Dentist and her Assistant are very knowledgeable with dental care. Employees are courteous and pleasant to talk to.

The customer service at Mira Mesa Dental Care was second to none! It was an extremely pleasant experience and the dentist was great about explaining everything that was happening. I finally found my permanent dentist office!
