I'm new to Bay View Dental. I chose them blindly from a list of providers from my insurance carrier. The first step was a phone call to see if the office indeed accept my insurance. The person that answered the phone was friendly, confident and helpful. It was easy to make and appointment and waaa-laaa, I'm a new patient. I'm very impressed with the entire team in the office. Check in was fast and easy. I had completed my new client paperwork online. Next step was x-rays with George. George made...read more it fast and easy. He's a pro. Here comes Dr March. I'm a fan. Dr March looked over my x-rays and talked to me about my prior dentistry, treatment plan and answered my questions. Next was a cleaning. Hope is the best dental hygienist I have experienced. Shemeka was great!!! As useral, she has been my hygienists for years and I love how she thoroughly cleans my teeth and I also really enjoy our visits, we talk about our pets our daughters our vacations!! Well she does most of the talking while she cleans my teeth. Always done within 45 minutes!! Thank you Shemeka!!! See you in June.
