I've been to this dental office several times. They're always efficient and very accommodating. If you're interested in certain treatment or procedure, they'll explain it thoroughly and present several options.
Very professional and thorough. I appreciate that they explain their procedures and findings as they go. While outstanding medical/dental care is more important to me than "good bedside manner" this office has both !
I have been seeing Dr Maggie Chao for 2 years. She is so professional and has a true love for her patients. Her staff are warm and welcoming and make you feel you are returning home from a vacation. Besides doing an exceptional jobs I feel I have made a connection to the whole team. Thank you Maggie and Amanda for making my dental experience so fun.
Just had my first visit/cleaning at Pleasanton Prosthodontics and was very pleased. Scheduling was a breeze, the staff was energetic and kind, and the cleaning was fast and efficient. I will be coming back for future cleanings and am confident I am getting superior care.
If you are looking for that special dentist, then Dr. Maggie T. Chao is the one. She is the most caring person that we have met in the dental business. In our case my husband had very poor fitting dentures. After going to her we knew that she was the expert we were looking for. She uses the latest technology and sure enough, she made a perfect fit. We highly recommend her.
Dr. Chao was warm, caring, made me feel right at home and was interested in my wellbeing. I was pleased with her staff who were also very welcoming. Seemed like a very efficient group of people. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family for dental care.
