I’m so glad I got this email reminding me of this occurrence so hopefully others don’t have it happen. Last year right after Covid this office quoted me for a procedure and after it was said and done came back and asked for even more money. No one could provide an EOB.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We would be happy to provide any EOB and or Treatment plan that was accepted at any point in time. As a second line of defense, you can also call your insurance company seeing you should be receiving an EOB before we do. It goes for every insurance company and every service rendered has an EOB that follows. If your not receiving an EOB after each procedure within 3-4 weeks than you would need to contact your insurance company seeing we do not have anything to do with creating EOB nor does any other dental office.
