From the first phone call to the first exam, all staff was very polite and welcoming. Pleasant experience overall. I plan to go back and take care of my teeth with them! Really loved it and felt like I was in good hands!

Arlene, my regular hygenist is always, thoughtful, careful and kind. I've been seeing her for a number of years. I appreciate her expert cleaning and detailed explanation of what she does for me.

The soonest opening to address a sensitive tooth was during my time of pickle ball play. So I went to play for a short time resigned to the fact that my dental appointment could take a very long time just waiting. To my surprise I got into the appointment at the exact time given me. The assistant got right onto taking X-rays; Dr Okamoto saw why there was the sensitivity problem and corrected it without delays. My experience from meeting the person at the front desk, Angie, to the dental assistant (didn't get the name), to the Dr. Okamoto herself, was great. I had went to Okamoto Denistry to obtain a second opinion regarding a tooth extraction and implant. After the doctor's examination of the tooth in question, she gave her opinion in a honest & sincere manner, which is what I wanted.
