Believe me when I say... “ I’ve done alllll the homework for you prospective scared & uncertain patients!!” I kid you not... I must’ve contacted over 60 different dentists in my HMO dental provider booklet & compared all against Yelp Reviews and noticed most had only 2 to 3 stars & frontend staff was often very uninformed, rushed to make Appt. or unpleasant!! 🌟This office score has 5 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but I still did my research & now having gone in fir a consult I now know why...Outst...read moreanding!! Dr. Moss at this office was so gentle, calm & empathetic to my many missing teeth, pain & abundant dental work that’s needed!! A joy to just chat with & His staff really knows there dental practice & truly jumped through hoops for me....not only to answer my many, many questions & concerns navigating over the phone & got me in right away but aim to please so beautifully! I received a RX for infection, referral to oral surgeon & an offer of a 2nd opinion if I wish... Because they are that good!! The front office is SO important in any dentistry office & can breed greater confidence or greater fear!! They surpassed my every expectation!! ALL my previous dental experiences is not been good....overpriced, painful, unsympathetic & unprofessional but at Cassidy Smile you are definitely treated like a VIP!!! I have severe anxiety on a daily basis, not to mention in the dental chair & is why I was in such poor dental health & lacked followup with just basic routine care or cleanings.... I felt very embarrassed at my age 59!! But....I have No more pain & No more shame!! Our reviews say so much & how I finally decided to take the plunge at some real Self-Love & Finally get some real quality dental help & health!! My unrushed dental visit was SO productive, pleasant, laid back & relaxing...It’s hard to believe and I wanted SO much to spread this Good News of Truth & Praise for THIS AMAZING dental office experience & the operations of this office ASAP!! I was met with a cheerful welcome & the ease of care was MOST pleasant!! I know now there truly is a dentist office that keeps MY personalized care, thoughts, feelings & my budget in the forefront at all times!! These are the sweetest, nicest bunch. Q is a great hygienist. So careful and attentive. Dr T is thorough and very positive. Office staff are so helpful and on top of things. Looking forward to a long relationship. I was sorry to have Dr Dern retire. I made an appt with Cassidy smiles (new name) and I’m still there.

So happy to have found Dr. Soriano and his group. I take 100% pride in the care of my teeth and wanted to make sure I found a dentist who was just as passionate about it as I am. The entire staff is super nice and friendly. His dental hygienist, Q, is a really cool guy and I enjoy my visits to their office twice a year. They even offer to clean off my night splint whenever I want, just drop it buy and a quick clean. Very thorough, concise and educational. All staff was professional. No up selling like other dental experiences. Xray was more uncomfortable than normal due to the morphology of my mouth and size of the film holder, but another hygenist named Q was able to remedy the situation with great satisfaction. Look forward to returning and i will refer friends and family.

I am so happy I found Cassidy Smiles dental office! Dr Soriano is wonderful, kind and gentle. The staff is all so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!
