I would like to say Southern Smiles Dental is for me the finest dental practice I have been to. Everyone there is friendly , smart and efficient. Dr H. Long was great and the office is state of the art with music to help with any anxiety from the procedure. I would recommend S. S. Dental to every one. Thank you for a great and relaxing experience.
Even with Covid extra precautions they made such a comfortable environment for my son to get his teeth cleaned. Always a nice visit and super thankful I found a dentist like this close to home.
Southern Smiles is absolutely the Best Dental Office Ever! The staff is professional & friendly. Their office hygiene is immaculate. My hygienist Chelsey is number 1, I couldn’t be happier with their care. The dentists(both Dr. Longs) are top notch when it comes to knowing dentistry & providing you with your needs. Never a long wait time either! Very efficient!
They no longer honor my Delta Dental Insurance. I guess they have plenty of wealthy patients to choose from. I’m not one of them.
We would have loved to stay partnered with Delta Delta Insurance. Due to Covid-19 shut down for 3 months we are doing our best to keep our 15 team members employed at our practice with our doors open to our patients. Unfortunately, the reimbursements from Delta Dental and other insurance companies are not currently paying our bills with the increase in supplies due to Covid-19. We understand the economic impact on our patients, and we hope you stay well with your oral health as you move forward.
