Dr. Kim is so sweet and professional, and her front desk person is truly one of the best receptionists I have ever met! She is always so friendly and accommodating, and I look forward to seeing both of them for my regular check ups!
My filling fell off and I was at Ivy Dental for the emergency quick operation. Despite of the sudden appt, they have been very flexible to squeeze my appointment and the fillings has been completed very quick and nicely. Most importantly, I like how Dr. Kim/Ivy Dental always confirm the price in detail before any kinds of treatments.
I love coming to Ivy Dental. I have pretty bad teeth and have been to more than 10 dentists in my life. Dr. Kim is a keeper. She and her staff have gone out of their way to take great care of me. Dr Kim carefully explains what she is going to do at each step of the procedure. She is very gentle and concerned with my comfort. Elaine Kim is so kind and gentle, and I’m very glad to find this dentist in Irvine area. She did the cleaning herself, and while she is cleaning my teeth, she told me what would be the next step to perform. I think every dentist should do this so that patients can anticipate what’s going to happen next. She is such a caring dentist.
Elaine seems to be very thorough and takes good care of my teeth. The staff has been very pleasant each time I have been. Do note they still require a mask. I forgot mine today. 🤓
Dr. Kim is the most proficient dentist I have ever worked with. Her cleanings not only the fastest of any dentist I have ever had, but also the most thorough. She is always kind and communicative about any issues. Highly recommend!

First of all...they were able to make time for me quickly to check out sensitivity in a tooth. Check in process was quick and everything was well explained throughout the xray, cleaning, and next recommended actions. Overall, I'm very glad to have received a quick and easy to understand diagnosis. Fully recommend Dr Kim.
