Hello, my experience with family dental is great! I have received dentures that were perfectly made and I am happy with that Order. I had a appointment on 04/21 @ 4pm for a cleaning. Well it did not go soo great.. The reason is, I was ordered to sit in the exam room around 4:50 pm to 5pm, The dentist did come and speak to me and adjusted my chair so I would be comfortable because I have bad lumber spine so she did adjust. So I sat there until 5:43 pm until the shift was over, An assis...read moretant walk in and I ask her what was going on that my lower back was killing me and no one had come back to clean my teeth.. I literally had to sit up because of my back laying there for soo long. So shift was over and I just rescheduled my appt for another time. Thank you?? read less

I called in advance to see if they took my insurance and I was told once I got there that they didn't take my insurance. They could have told me this information before I got there.

Perfect place togo if you need dental work the guy knew exactly what he was doing, took xrays after to make sure everything was handle perfectly. Ty

The staff is friendly and the office is extremely clean!! Everyone seems to enjoy their job!!!
