My partner had a dental emergency in the middle of the night & we were seen the very next day & they did a very good job. His tooth pain is gone & we weren't charged very much. This problem stemmed from the fact that other dentists had put him out for months on end, even after making multiple appointments on time. This place had us in and out, same day, no problem. I have been raving about Dr. Hersh for years to my ex-husband. He finally went into to see her and was amazed at how gentle she was during his procedure and what great work. I got the pleasure of telling him "I told you so!"
Genuinely a really good place to get my teeth worked on. As someone who lives close by, and who's seen just about everything when it comes to bad dental, I didn't expect to be wowed by such enthusiastic professionalism. They set me up a same day extraction, which was funny because I thought getting that would be like pulling teeth. I broke a 13-year-old crown, and normally I see Dr. Moser (who I would trust with my life), but he was out of town. I almost decided to wait until he was back because I get nervous and I'm very picky with my dentists, but I went ahead and booked with Dr. Fisher. I'm glad I did. I am soooooo happy I chose Charles Dental Group . Dr. Fisher was gentle, quick and did an amazing job!
I was very disappointed. While making the apptt i told the rep that i had corona a few days ago. She said, it is okay because u will be ok the day of apptt... when i went there the hygienist refuse to do treatment as she said it is the 14th day.It was waste of my time to travel there and i had to change all my plans. I hv used this place for a very very long time...but yesterday i was frustrated with them. The staff at the front desk was also not welcoming or courteous.
