Upon my visit the receptionist was very polite and pleasant to talk too made me feel very comfortable. The office area also was a comfortable and relaxing environment which was nice after my 3 hr. drive. My dental hygienist was Summer Waldo she was very professional and thorough in her examination and cleaning. I asked her a lot of questions pertaining too her equipment and tools her answers were very clear and concise, she told me that I had a small chip on the outer portion of my crown and tha...read moret it was ok for now but maybe later it might need to be worked on. I was very impressed with Dr. Thompson and her staff. My appointment was very professional and yet very at-ease. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist in the San Diego North County area.
