Both my kids had a wonderful experience here. They came in scared and nervous but they came out smiling. They said “it didn’t hurt at all”. They felt relieved. As a parent, to see them get over their fear of going to the dentist is relieving and comforting. All the staff were very friendly and attentive as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

After my Daughter had a horrible experience at another dentist we were struggling to get her to feel more comfortable at a new dentist. The staff at elk grove kids dentist are so patient and kind. Today was the first appointment we had that my daughter said she wasn't scared anymore. Thank you!

My daughter enjoyed her first visit. Everyone attending to her were very patient; therefore we decided to continue with them. However, at her second appointment that was scheduled for dental work, the appointment was pushed back one hour and then I receive another call that it has been pushed back another hour, all while my daughter hadn’t ate anything. Then waiting in the waiting room, we were told it was another hour. I would not have been upset (to say the least) however, that information sho...read moreuld have been disclosed before asking for payment and I, as a parent could have made a decision as to whether I wanted my daughter to possibly go over 15 hours without eating or I could have picked another dental facility!! Overall, we waited 4 hours extra! And of course, they already had the money so all I could do is wait. Also, I made it very clear to all staff not to use the word “sleep” as it terrifies my daughter. However, they spoke freely and used the word, traumatizing my daughter even more! Not going back and definitely do not recommend this place! read less

I loved Elk Grove Kids Dentist & Orthodontics because the staff is always nice and friendly. There is a nice atmosphere and it is very comfortable. I especially love the fact that it's quick and they know who I am when I come in for my appointment.
