When in come to professionalism and service Dr. Mongrago and his staff are the very best. All the personnel in the office including him act as if they have known me since grade school. His humbleness is simply unheard of. He talks to me as if I am one of his best friends from dental school. His staff treats me like I am royalty. As for me, he and his staff are the model when it comes to showing clients that they really care.
