Best patient care I've ever received.I visited the Beverly Hills office and met Dr. Ghorbanian, who was easily the most welcoming and knowledgeable dentist I've met. On my first checkup, he was able to find what turned out to be a large cavity hiding in one tooth, which is something that literally two other dentists had missed entirely. Clean office. Great staff. Everyone is friendly, and attentive. The dentists are honest, mindful of your pain or sensitivity during procedures and thorough during evaluations. I never feel pressured to undergo unnecessary procedures. Prices are reasonable and appropriate. It’s great they have Saturday office hours too! I would recommend to all my friends, and have already recommended to family!
The young lady at the reception was very accommodating. I arrived during her lunch break but allowed me to get in. She called Ian to attend to me even thought I was early. She explained the billing to me with precision. As you know the most painful part of the root canal is the billing part. She was gracious and kind. If this is my company I will clone Michelle. I've been in the dental field for 18 years and have never seen an office like this. Patient care is absolutely first priority with this company. They give paraffin hand wax to each patient as a courtesy and free lifetime bleaching! Dr. Doca is friendly and takes his time to educate all patients. Hello. My name is Melissa and i do billing for Aava dental. I would like to give you some insight on the company/owners. Hired early this year i was a complete broken shell of a human. What I love about Aava dental is that they are not pushy like other dental clinics. The front desk receptionist Michelle is very friendly and willing to answer all questions as well as Dr. Khorram. The office is clean and organized. It's also very easy to schedule appointments and they send timely reminders via text, email, and phone. I highly recommend Aava dental!!
