Everyone at the office was so unbelievably kind, efficient, and accommodating. I didn’t experience any pain or shame as they laid out a straightforward plan for what needs to happen to my teeth. Found out about this place about a year ago, my boyfriend wanted to find a place in the bay area where he can support the black community and to specifically find a black dentist. That's how we came about this place. This year I joined in because I had my dental insurance carrier changed and they happen to take it. If you're someone who gets anxiety with seeing dentists, the ambiance in there help calm the nerves. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs especially during our first time there. I had gotten my deep cleaning recently and I was very happy with the result, the cleaning went smoothly, the hygienist went over everything that she was going to do, even to pointing out the type of anesthesia she'll be using, so I like that they ensure you're taken care of. They also go over into details their recommended treatment plan and really break it down for you even to the price of what you may have to pay out of pocket so it doesn't come as a surprise, so that's really nice that they keep it very transparent. Dr. Saddler and his staff were completely amazing! I was so grateful to get a second opinion and was so nervous about a procedure I was recommended to get! Come to find out it was something that did not need to be addressed at this time! I was advised if there is any issue to call and would accommodate when needed. I left with a very comforting and welcoming feeling and most definitely. He is the man doe your dental needs!!
