Dr. Kifer and his wonderful staff have changed my life. I have lived with jaw pain for 40+ years. I have always received subpar dentures from my previous dentists. When I I met Dr. Kifer for the first time I expressed my concerns and he promised me he would not let me be disappointed if it were humanly possible. He lived up to to his promise. Not only has he designed beautiful dentures top and bottom but he has designed/made them so well that it has properly realigned my jaw into place and relieved the pain and swelling I have lived with for over 40 years. This was something every other dentist swore could not be done. I can not recommend highly enough the services provided by the kind, caring and compassionate staff. Best dentist I've ever had! Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants and the doctors themselves are incredibly friendly, genuine, and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Transparent about options and costs for treatments, little to no waiting when you go in for appointments, and I'm very satisfied with all the work I've had done in last 2 years. Highly recommend!

I HATE the dentist, but honestly every experience I have had here so far has been great. I really appreciate how friendly ALL the staff are, I don’t feel judged, and I think my teeth are pretty cool now. Happy to have found a dentist where I feel confident in the service. One of the doctors were even straight up and said he wasn’t great at root canals and would refer me out once I decided to get it done. Thank you NWA dental.

Today was my first visit and i was so pleased how everything went. I was nervous however everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr Johnson was awesome and also Anna. Highly recommend them.

I am a new patient who has had eight appointments during the last 2 months. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service that I received. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Johnson as my new dentist. Patient, understanding, gentle, thorough, very professional but also very relatable. Made me feel at ease even when she had to perform typically painful procedure - the dreaded injections. She uses a very nice technique to minimize injection pain. I am very pleased with my new crown on the ...read morefront tooth and perfect filling in another. Both match perfectly my other teeth. I also have nothing but great praises for her very efficient assistant, Brittany. Such a kind and friendly young lady. Pleasure to deal with. Ashley, the office manager, assisted Dr. Johnson on one occasion and was also wonderful. Molly performed deep cleanings. She was professional, thorough, and, provided me with invaluable instructions of how to improve my daily dental hygiene at home. Hansen is probably the best Patient Coordinator anyone could ask for. Also, had great dealings with Erin, the front office manager. Luke built a perfect crown for me. Better than other crowns I have had. I also very much appreciated receiving up-front precise cost of all dental work I had to have done. There were no unexpected surprises later on. Overall, while dental offices are not the most dreamy places to visit, everyone I had any contact with in the Northwest Arkansas Family Dental made my visits more enjoyable than any in my past. read less

After my former dentist retired (after a 35 year patient/provider relationship) I thought I would never find anyone to measure up. Boy was I wrong!! Dr. Kifer and the entire staff are wonderful. How wonderful? When it was time to choose a new insurance plan, I was willing to change PCP and GYN but I had to be able to stay at Northwest Arkansas Family Dental.

Leaving for Seattle in early August, I am so sad to say goodbye to the best dental office, or more accurately, the best office I have ever visited. People in this office are so friendly and fun that they literally raised my expectations for all offices in the US. I cannot help crying every time I think of leaving Dr. Johnson, who is the only one that reminds me of my mom after I left my hometown at the age of 18. I admire her so much that I wish at least one of my daughters could become an incre...read moredible dentist like her. I am so impressed by her good memory and attention to details that I feel like she remembers everything I told her! I was missing Brittany, her assistant, so bad when she was not present one time, which made me realize how accustomed to her accompany every time I visit Dr. Johnson…I was also impressed by how professional Ashley is (over the phone) although my spoken English is not perfect (English is my third language). One time, she called and asked me what time is good for an appointment, and I said without a thought that “Could you set up a date? And I call you back if it doesn’t work?”…And it turned out I did not realize anything different when I continue happily talking to her...lol. Because I needed to improve my spoken English, I purchased an annual membership of HBO Max when there was a promotion. But I cannot help watching Hansen’s shows every day and night (literally) as long as I got spare time. He is the most linguistically talented person I have ever seen (which I never had a chance to tell him in person) and sometimes I think it so unbelievable because having attended so many lectures at universities in the UK and China, I met the most verbally gifted person in my favorite dental office (I never listened to any of my lectures more than once!). I will miss all the other smiling faces I saw in the office as well: Laura (happily chatted with me about Europe she visited), Anna (thoughtfully gave my daughter a pink balloon she really loved), Erin (sweetly helped me with so many appointments), Molly (skillfully gave me an extremely gentle shot), and Alaina (cheerfully took a picture for me when Hansen was on leave). To sum up, I really hope I could copy and paste this office to where I live in suburban Seattle! (I am not writing this for commercial purposes actually; instead, I am writing it as a note from a friend. Please do contact me if you happen to visit Seattle.
