Dr Hales is very well aware of my intolerance to dental pain (o.k. o.k. I am a dental wimp) he does everything possible to avoid any discomfort. Great, friendly staff, I am a lifetime fan.

Called with a toothache and they were nice enough to squeeze me in between other appointments. the office was busy but the Staff was friendly, understanding and made me feel welcome. I never felt like an inconvenience. Dr. Hales took the necessary time to explain thoroughly the procedure and answer questions. He must have all the latest technology, because I have been to at least 20 different dentists in the last 40 years and his was much more advanced than anything I have seen before. I know I ...read morewasn't the anomaly because I called this morning after my wife lost a filling and they were just as accommodating. You may have to wait a few weeks to get a regular appointment, but the wait is worth it. read less
