After having lived in Phoenix for almost 50 years and having moved to Prescott, I was somewhat about finding a new Dentist. It just so happens that this Dentist lives within walking distance of my new home so I decided to try it out and I am very glad I did! Taylor is an incredible Hygienist who works with people, not just teeth. She always makes sure I am comfortable, and explains exactly what is being done, and what needs to be done, to my teeth. She has a very relaxing approach, and is dediocated to her profession and to the practice as a whole. She is also a very lovely person in all ways.

This past weekend, I chipped my tooth and found myself in a bind to get dental care as soon as possible. My regular dentist of a year and a half informed me they were closing their office and couldn’t fit me in before their closure. Frustrated and in pain, I called several other offices, only to be told I would have to wait weeks to be seen. Then I called True North Dentistry, and everything changed. I initially went in expecting to have the tooth extracted, but the dentist explained that the tooth was savable. He walked me through my options, including financial and procedural details, allowing me to make an informed decision. I opted for a crown, and the entire experience was outstanding. The dentist and his assistant had excellent bedside manner, explaining every step of the procedure and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. What could have been a stressful and painful situation turned into a positive experience, thanks to their professionalism and care. My tooth looks and feels fantastic, and I’ve decided to switch my entire family’s dental care to True North Dentistry.
