I didn't know anything about a biological dentist before my first visit; neither did my lady driver. She even remarked how pleasant you all were. Dr Grout referred you to me. I was amazed at the detail of your x-rays and other equipment you have. Everything was shown clearly and explained to me. Doctor Mahn was very patient and made time to work the consult in with my first visit which I really appreciated as it took 1 and 1/2 hours to reach you. Thank you.

I have a wholistic perspective to health & I felt that the dental care I received in the past was compatible for my health. When I connected with Natural Dental Partners, I became aware that previous dental care choices was actually hurting my long-term health status. I appreciate the fast, courteous and professional manner in which Natural Dental Partners replaced an old front filling that fell out over the Thankgiving weekend. My wife called the office on Monday morning and bless their hearts, they got me in on Wednesday. As always, such a joy to do business with Natural Dental Partners and their awesome staff! Dr. Mahn is the best! Highly skilled professional. He removed all four of my mercury fillings. He was flawless and it was painless. Even though I live 15 minutes from his office I would drove hours to have him work on my teeth. I literally have a brand new set of teeth. I had those terrible toxic mercury fillings since I was kid. Who knew a dental experience would really be painless! Not just one visit, but two! Let me start by saying my last dentist retired, and for over 3 yrs I put off seeing another until I started having health issues related to MS. Having read much on the connection to heavy metals and nervous system issues and having 5 mercury amalgam fillings, I finally searched for a biologic dentist to have them removed as quickly as possible.I had an initial consult after Dr. Mahn reviewed the xrays taken on my...read more initial visit. Doctor Mahn sat down with me to discuss how he would go about the process of removing them. He was patient as I had alot of questions. I had to have them removed in 2 visits. Obviously, the first visit I was somewhat apprehensive, as the many dentists' I have seen in my over 55 years have delivered some measure of pain in putting in fillings. This visit was wholly different. I was made extremely comfortable and was told what would be happening every step of the way. The needle is what everyone dreads right? Me too!Shocker! He uses a high tech delivery system that as the injection is occurring it senses pressure so the numbing medicine is not forced which Dr. Mahn says is what causes pain aside from the needle itself. Just a really cool gadget that truly works. Then, there is the needle which he described as having two angled edges vs one making it, at least in my case, feel absolutely nothing. No "slight pinch" as my old dentist used to say which usually elicited a single tear.Then there were the protocols that were used during the process of removing those mercury fillings. A vacuum device that pulled any airborne particles into it to prevent myself and the team from any contamination. Lots of water sprayed and suction to prevent any dust or whatever the medical term might be used.After the first two were removed, I was bragging at work on how absolutely painless the whole process was. I have never experienced painless dental work but here is a testimony to that fact. Also, I was usually sensitive to hot or cold drinks with new fillings. Nothing. Just went about my normal eating and drinking. Not even favoring one side of my mouth as in the past!! Lastly. I drive a pretty good distance to go here and I will continue to do so. The people make all the difference. Bottom line. You are made to feel welcome by everyone on the office. They are genuine and easy to talk with.I am truly grateful the work Dr.Mahn performed. He is amazingly talented and keeps up with all the latest techniques and equipment. I am a huge fan. I wish him and his entire staff much success. read less
