Dr Nack and his team were professional, skilled and friendly. Based on my first visit, I would say Dr Nack is the best dentist I've ever worked with. And his team provided great customer service from my first phone call to leaving the office.

My dear friend, "Brian", is 82 years old and suffers from Parkinson's disease and Lewy Body dementia. Unfortunately, if we tell Brian about appointments, in advance, he obsesses about them and cannot sleep for three days prior. Brian has needed major dental work this last year, so on the morning of his appointment, we tell him there's been a cancelation, and that Dr. Nack can "squeeze him in! The front desk, while being 100% respectful and kind, THANKS BRIAN for being able to come i...read moren on short notice, as does Dr. Nack... it is the kindest thing you can imagine, and keeps my friend from suffering needlessly through DAYS of anxiety and no sleep. I ALSO appreciate Dr. Nack's attention to detail and insistence on quality. One of 5 or 6 crowns we've had to replace this year came back and didn't seat to Dr. Nack's high expectations or satisfaction. He sent it back to the manufacturer and had it rebuilt. WOW. As Brian's DPOA, and friend of over 38 years, I'm very protective of him. Unfortunately, I have to protect him from afar, and with the assistance of a couple of wonderful 24 X 7 live-in caregivers, since I live in Northern California. With the exception of some tenseness over early billing (I was still treated professionally, though it was clear I got on the person's nerves) this office truly has been EXCEPTIONAL, and this is about as honest an assessment as I can possibly give. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. They deserve EVERY ONE of my five stars. read less

Excellent experience all the way around. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Gone for several other consultations and On Pointe is just right for me. I appreciated Dr Nack sharing his background without being asked. I'm looking forward to making him my dentist. Thanks guys!
