I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. As usual, I got seen on time! Maureen, the hygienist, was great; very friendly, very thorough, very gentle. Dr. Dean took the time to address my concerns in a very professional but friendly manner.

All interactions - from front office to the Dentist to the billing - were wonderful. The physical office is lovely as well. I am so glad to have found my new "dental home."Now, 3 months later, I had my first dental cleaning (by Casey). She was excellent, took time, explained things, and my teeth have never looked whiter. Every interaction was superb from the phone consultation and call-backs to work out a visit time, to the hygenist (who did my cleaning), to Dr. Congo who explained my options, to the front office staff who dutifully cleaned every handle and chair and counter surface. I continue to rate them 5-stars, which is amazing as no other company or doctor can I say I've had such consistent experiences with.2023: I suffered a broken tooth over the weekend. I called the office (Saturday morning) and was pleased to get a callback quickly from Dr. Congo. I was able to get the tooth fixed with a crown the following Tuesday. Dr. Congo and the assistant, Danielle, did a fabulous job and I could not be happier with the result. They continue to exhibit consistency in extreme competence and good customer service.2025: Still very happy with all my interactions with the dentist and all staff. Would highly recommend! read less

Karina did a great job cleaning my teeth and doing the xrays. No pain or other problems. Dr. Dean is very personable and will fix an old filling that has started to break down. Highly recommend Eastview.
