I have been coming to Dr Gill for many years and I have always felt that the staff and Dr Gill were concerned about mine and my family’s well being. I have never felt like money was the motivator in this office. And today, after my cleaning I looked at my Apple Watch and it said that I had slept for an hour. I just had a consultation with them about getting a specialty night guard. Normally, I wouldn't do a review so early on, but I really appreciated Dr. Gill and the receptionist for their kindness and transparency. I decided not to proceed with the retainer today because it's a big investment that I want to think about and negotiate with my insurance company, but Dr. Gill was very sincere and straightforward about answering my questions and concerns, and I value that in a medical professional.
