This is the most wonderful dental office I’ve ever been to. I have a lot of past dental experience trauma - and I was absolutely terrified to have a tooth extracted this morning. Sheri at the front desk, Dr. Bates, and her assistant Daisy were so kind and attentive to my needs and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Came in for myself after sitting with my girlfriend through a root canal that Dr Duncan performed, which was a really cool experience, he was very informative and comforting, great to say the least.My experience was great, staff was very informative and welcoming. Britney was the nurse who saw me, and was great! As was Dr Wood. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!!

Today I saw Deanna and Dr Duncan. All very nice, polite and so friendly. I've had anxiety & fear of dentists for 40 years and I've never been uncomfortable in their office or with any of their staff.
They are the total package from the first phone encounter to schedule the appointment to the friendly escort to my car. Love the attention given to my comfort and care. If you are in need of dental care, I highly recommend this office.
