My last appointment was canceled by your office on Monday, the 26th. The front desk lady was supposed to call back with an update on my status and my new appointment date. I am still waiting for a phone call to schedule my new appointment.

Everyone is super nice, the only thing I would suggest is remember the patient isn’t familiar with procedures and technical descriptions. They need to make sure person and employees are on same page slow down enough to make sure the patient understands what they are agreeing to and is what they want, Really do like the staff, patients don’t understand something they haven’t been through before.
