Unfortunately, this office recently expanded and is now heavily focused on marketing and advertising. This office is impersonal, agressive, and not patient focused. I appreciate a reminder before my appointment, but this office now cancels your appointment (assuming you might not show) and give it to someone else if you don’t actively contact them a week before to ”confirm you still plan to attend your appointment”. A medical office offering gifts and prizes for sharing/liking their Facebook page, posting video testimonials, referring a friend. Isn’t your dental appointment about your health? It seems to be aggressively focused on sales/revenue with no personal touch or respect for their patents or their time/responsibilities/schedules. Why is setting an appointment and showing up now so complicated, invasive, and stressful? Why do I need to be contacted by text, phone, and email auto-bots multiple times before my appointment requiring my immediate action with threats of cancelling my appointment? Too much. Find a patient focused office that respects you, your time, your health. Not an office focused on everything else.

My name is Ruth and I have been a patient at Village Dental at Saxony for two years. The staff is friendly, personable, and professional. The work I have had done here has been the best. (I have gone to many dentists.) The staff is well trained and kind. They try to put you at ease by answering your questions and making sure you are as comfortable as possible.
