Karin (Dental Assistant) joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2011 with assisting him chairside with all general and cosmetic procedures. She has had over 17 years in the dental field and loves working with all the patients. The comfort and happiness of our patients is Karin’s #1 priority. When she is not assisting with Dr. Welch, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 Boston Terriers. Another thing Karin enjoys is meeting friends for a great cup of coffee.

Erin (Dental Hygienist) joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2000 with more than 32 years of hygiene experience. She cares about all her patients and enjoys getting to know them. Making them comfortable is her #1 priority. Outside the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy and 2 dogs, Kasey & Kokoa. You can often find her in the gym pumping iron.

Glenda (Dental Hygienist) joined Dr. Welch’s team in 2005. She started in dentistry as a dental assistant and furthered her education to become a dental hygienist after realizing her joy in helping others. The most important aspect of her job is educating patients not only on dental care, but maintaining overall health.
