Mark Blum, D.D.S My name is Dr. Mark Blum and my dental practice is located in Sunrise, Florida. I have been in business since 1986. We are a family oriented practice and treat patients as young as 4 years of age. We also offer orthodontic services for our patients and a conscious sedation for patients who are somewhat fearful. I enjoy giving people a new smile and have taken tremendous continuing education for this purpose. My educational background is from the University of Maryland, both undergraduate and Dental School. Graduating in 1986, I continued my education with a general practice, residing at the Veterans Administration in Miami, FL. I have furthered my education in dentistry by receiving training and certification in Orthodontics through the International Association of Orthodontics. We do not want to prive you of your needs,so we made a very affordable package if you don't have Insurance. $169.00 New Patient Exam, Full set of xrays and a *cleaning *if Periodontal disease or heavy tartar in not present. We will still do a cleaning after the disease are taken care of.

Suzette Allahand is our full-time Office Manager. She is hard working, caring and compassionate. Her responsibilities include, exceeding patient care expectations and providing support for all office team members. Suzette is an expert at establishing practices to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow - from check-in to check-out. She also helps patients understand and select treatment options. She anticipates the patients' needs in advance and always responds to them in a timely manner.

" Beginning with Dr. Blum, an office visit is a refreshing experience on a personal level with the care given by exceptional staff. This visit featured the finest hygienist in my more than 60 years of dental care. Can I say more? The 2 1/2 hour drive to the office is always rewarded. " Believe it or not!...I had fun having my big, three rooted back tooth extracted by Dr. Blum last week!Absolutely no pain. It was over before I could believe it. (they had to show me the tooth!)Doc Blum breaks all the rules that dentists have of people hating to go to the dentist!I laugh and goof around with him and his friendly, caring staff.
