Dr. Palmer moved to Farmington, Utah following graduation and founded Farmington Dental in 1979. Dr. Palmer was born and raised in Preston, Idaho where values of hard work, community service, and honesty were instilled in him. He completed a two year service mission to Florida for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and continues to serve in various community volunteer positions.
