Dr. Rob Whicker is a 2002 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (Magna Cum Laude). He went on to complete an advanced training fellowship in Tacoma Washington where he worked closely with board certified dentists in each of the specialty areas of dentistry. My first experience with this dental practice was a free consultation with Dr Whicker regarding a tooth with an old root canal.. Dr. Whicker was kind, listened well, and came to the consultation well prepared. He didn't rush me and took time to review my X-rays before he came to the consultation. He also gave me multiple treatment options and didn't seem bothered by my questions. I've had many other dental experiences where the dentist spent much less time with me, yet I was not charged for the ...Read Moreconsultation. A few weeks after the consultation, I had a separate cleaning and exam which were also positive experiences. Christie, the dental hygienist, was personable, VERY experienced, and she gave me several new suggestions on how to improve the health of my teeth. I was also given several free samples so I could try out new products.

I drove from Central Oregon to got to Wellness Centered Dentistry because there really is no one out here that approaches dentistry holistically. I have found that most dentists (and their staff) are pushy and even question if what they are saying I need is accurate.
