Dr. Mai is a 1997 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. A native of Vietnam, she and her family immigrated to the United States in 1975. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. Dr. Mai has been in practice for 17 years. She began her professional career at Chestnut Hills Dental in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and then in 2006 she moved to Cincinnati and had been working for Cincinnati Dental Services ever since. Dr. Mai has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and has completed advanced training in Invisalign orthodontics, functional orthopedics, and straight wire orthodontics. Ashley was born and raised here in Cincinnati, migrated south, and now lives in Northern Kentucky. She started her career in 2003 as a dental hygiene assistant, and has moved on to become a chairside dental assistant working closely with the Dentist.
