Dr. James Ellis is a native to the area. He graduated from Prosser High School and continued his education at Eastern Washington University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. After teaching a year of high school Science in Stanfield, Oregon, he entered the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. Josh is a native from Springfield, Virginia; he joined the Navy in 1993 and became a Hospital Corpsman. He was trained as an Emergency Medical Technician and as a Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Medic. Josh served honorably and retired after 20 years of naval service in 2013.
